Beginning Chiropractic Care in Tulsa

Dr. Cole invites you to discover the benefits of chiropractic care. From your initial evaluation to gain a better understanding of your health to your journey through healing, our health team supports you the entire way. We gather your health history to determine ways to prevent future concerns and help you overcome past injuries. Our team also encourages you to reach your fitness, health and wellness goals through nutritional guidance, exercise support and physical therapy. Linda Cole is our certified nutritionist. If you are in need of dietary counseling for health or weight-related reasons, Linda will speak with you and guide you into healthy eating. This is a key element in your chiropractic care as what you eat will fuel your body for movement, plus bring in restorative nutrients to speed your healing process.

We understand that starting alternative health care may come with questions. Some of the questions our clients have include:

  • Are chiropractic adjustments painful? No. Dr. Cole uses his hands to apply a gentle force to your vertebrae. This motion slips the vertebrae into alignment to eliminate nerve pain and help with recovery from bulging discs.
  • Is chiropractic care only for injuries? No. Typically, patients first visit us after an injury or pain appears, but we also have many patients who receive our care to improve their general health or for sports performance. For instance, if you are suffering from asthma, allergies or headaches, chiropractic adjustments are a natural way to eliminate these concerns and reduce your discomfort.
  • Do you care for spinal abnormalities? Yes, and the sooner Dr. Cole examines your spine to identify a condition, the less likely you will suffer lasting complaints.
  • How often will I require adjustments? Dr. Cole will determine the best approach for your condition. Initially, the frequency of your visits may be assertive, but once we enter into the last phase, you begin maintenance and your visits will be as needed.

  • An Apple a Day . . .
